HORRIBLE SERVICE

Would not recommend this service to ANYONE, make sure you apply the regular way on time!!! The customer service is horrific, they add charges for their own missed fulfillment days, they remember that you need other papers the day before you need your passport and glide over the fact that you specifically brought those papers the first day you came, make you come countless times, and then treat you like an idiot for protesting against any of these issues. After all, it's your fault that you need a passport.
